4 seeded burger buns
Margarine of choice
2 tomatoes, sliced
1 onion sliced
4 Lettuce leaves
2 chicken breast fillets, sliced in half
Chicken stock cubes crumbled
Knorr beef cubes
1. In a bowl, mix the breading ingredients together
2. Dip the chicken pieces in egg, then in the breading and fry until golden and done – set aside
3. In a bowl, mix the tomato sauce, paprika and crumbled chicken cubes.
4. Butter the bread rolls, place some onion and tomato on the bun, top with a chicken breast fillet, then some of the tomato sauce mix, and a lettuce leaf.
Serve with chips.
