Just a month after the burial of her legendary husband Ras Kimono, the widow of the veteran reggae artiste, Efe, has died. She was 42 years old
Efemena (Nee Okedi), who was also a member of Kimono’s band, was pronounced dead in the early hours of Sunday, September 2018.
According to Mr Michael Odiong, Project Manager of Premiere Music, Mrs Kimono died at exactly 4 am
He also said that the family will soon put out an official press release on the unfortunate incident and requested privacy for them during this time.
The deceased’s husband, Ras Kimono, died on June 10 and was laid to rest on August 25.
