Gonyeli S.K’s Nigerian striker John Okoli has been named the Player of the month for October in the Northern Cyprus top divisio
Okoli who joined Gonyeli S.K a newly promoted side from his parent club, Yenicami Agdelen on a season loan deal from scored seven goals in the month of October to win the award.
The 21-year-old striker informed CSN that he is delighted at his current form and he is looking forward to surpassing his goal-scoring feat from last season.
Okoli scored 16 league goals last season for Yenicami Agdelen.
“I’m happy with the award I just hope to do more for myself and my team,” Okoli told CSN.
“It’s another start for me and I hope to do more than I did with Yenicami Agdelen when we won the title last season.”
