- Unscented vegetable oil – 5 tsp.
- Garlic – 2 cloves
- Dried red pepper – 1/8 tsp.
- Sugar – 1 tsp.
- Ground ginger – 0.5 tsp.
- Salt – 0.5 tsp.
- Ground black pepper – 0,25 tsp.
- For a salad with chicken fillet, with avocado, pineapple and rice, first boil the rice until cooked, according to the package instructions. Finely chop the garlic. Peel the avocado, remove the chicken bone, then cut the chicken fillet is cut into cubes 1.5×1.5 cm.
