  • Oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • Ginger, chopped and peeled
  • Medium curry powder
  • Fresh thyme, chopped
  • Knorr chicken cubes, crumbled
  • Tomato, red bell pepper and chilli mix
  • Coconut milk OR milk
  • Tomato paste
  • Frozen or fresh


  • Heat the oil in a pan and fry the onion, ginger and garlic until lightly browned
  • Add the curry powder and chopped thyme and simmer for 5 minutes
  • Add the tomato, red bell pepper and chilli mix and coconut milk, then the crumbled KNORR cubes
  • Add the and ensure that it is covered with the sauce and simmer for 30 minutes
  • Serve with rice
