INGREDIENTS
- Oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- Ginger, chopped and peeled
- Medium curry powder
- Fresh thyme, chopped
- Knorr chicken cubes, crumbled
- Tomato, red bell pepper and chilli mix
- Coconut milk OR milk
- Tomato paste
- Frozen or fresh fish
PREPARATION METHOD
- Heat the oil in a pan and fry the onion, ginger and garlic until lightly browned
- Add the curry powder and chopped thyme and simmer for 5 minutes
- Add the tomato, red bell pepper and chilli mix and coconut milk, then the crumbled KNORR cubes
- Add the fish and ensure that it is covered with the sauce and simmer for 30 minutes
- Serve with rice
