Barack Obama Shares His Year-End List Of Favorite Songs

Former United States President, Barack Obama takes to his social media page to share his Year-End List Of Favorite Songs in 2018. Barack’s list is usually Hip-Hop and R&B heavy and that’s exactly what it looks like this year as well.

We don’t think the list is any order but ‘Apesh*t’ by The Carters is mentioned at the top position. Cardi B, J. Cole, Kendrick Lamar, Jay Rock, Bad Bunny, BJ The Chicago Kid, Khalid, H.E.R. and more make rest of the list.

“As 2018 draws to a close, I’m continuing a favorite tradition of mine and sharing my year-end lists. It gives me a moment to pause and reflect on the year through the books, movies, and music that I found most thought-provoking, inspiring, or just plain loved.  It also gives me a chance to highlight talented authors, artists, and storytellers – some who are household names and others who you may not have heard of before,” said the former President. “Swipe through to see my best of 2018 list – I hope you enjoy reading, watching, and listening.”

Check out his complete list of favorite songs, movies and books (of course Michelle Obama’s Becoming tops it) below.
