Rob Kardashian has filed legal documents in court to get his child support payments slashed down .
According to TMZ, this is something Rob has been planning to do for months now. He’s been giving Blac Chyna a $20,000 a month child support check since 2017.
Sources close to the two told the site that Rob initially agreed to pay Chyna $20k because he needed to get Chyna off his back and drop her claim that he physically abused her, which could’ve hurt him in the long run in their custody battle.
After Rob agreed to run Chyna that $20k a month check, Chyna dropped the domestic violence restraining order and agreed to joint custody of Dream.
Rob is now “claiming he has virtually no income.”
The site spoke with Chyna’s legal person, Lisa Bloom, and she said they knew Rob would probably ask for a reduction at some point. She said Rob did initially agree to Chyna’s requests so it’ll be interesting to see how this holds up in court.
Lisa said Rob is acting like he’s broke, when in reality he’s doing far better than a lot of people out here! She says,
“Rob has deliberately retreated from social media to suppress his income in order to reduce support. What kind of father plays games with supporting his own baby?”
