Lobi Stars will from today depart for Cameroon in two batches for a 2019 CAF Champions League preliminary round clash against UMS de Loum.
The team have already left their training base in Ijebu-ode and on account of poor flight connections across West Africa the first batch of players and officials will fly out by 4.30pm through Asky Airline from Lagos.
The second batch will leave tomorrow via Ethiopian Airlines.
The Makurdi club are Nigeria’s only representatives in the Champions League and face UMS de Loum on Tuesday with the return leg in Nigeria a week later.
