Anytime it’s December, there’s always this rush everywhere for the yuletide season. There’s fuel scarcity again in Nigeria just because it’s December and you find long queues at every filling stations with long traffic even at every ATM Machines just because everyone wants to do a last minute shopping for Christmas and New Year.
