Olamide is not happy with his colleagues in the music industry.
Today, the iconic rapper took to his Instagram to speak to fellow record label bosses who he feels are luring upcoming artists with contracts that are akin to slavery. “21st century slavery,” the rapper called it, and has now threatened to name those who are ruining young artists.
“Mans doing 21st century slavery and they call it record label. oh Sh!t, that’s death row,” said Olamide on his Instagram, adding, “Gone are the days! Young CEOs are setting the game ablaze. Change the game. Let everyone eat proper!”
And then he added, “21st century slavery shall be addressed very soon. Waiting for the perfect scapegoat.”
This comes hours after news surfaced that he has signed young rapper, Picazo, to his YBNL record label.
