Fulbright Foreign Student Scholarships Program for Masters, PhD and non-degree postgraduate studies to study at USA Universities. Scholarship is open for approximately 4,000 international students of more than 155 countries worldwide.
To be taken at (country): All accredited USA Universities and Academic Institutions.
Eligibility Criteria:
- To participate in the Fulbright Foreign Student Program, the applicant must have completed undergraduate education and hold a degree equivalent to a bachelor’s degree.

- If your country is not listed there, you are not eligible to apply.Method of Application: All applications to the Foreign Student Program are processed by bi-national Fulbright Commissions/Foundations or U.S. Embassies. Scholarship Application Deadline: varies per country, however on a general note, it is usually from February to May annually of the preceding year you wish to study.
